What Youll Be Doing

Develop and qualify plasma etch and plasma deposition processes for MEMS manufacturing
Work on advanced microfabrication technologies used in high-volume production
Design, run and analyze cleanroom experiments and process tests
Troubleshoot and resolve process and production challenges
Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams across R&D and manufacturing
Contribute to future product development and process improvements

Youll play a key role in the process technology behind highly advanced sensor chips used worldwide.

What Were Looking For

Experience in plasma etching and/or plasma deposition (essential)
Background in MEMS, semiconductor processing, or microfabrication
Strong understanding of complex manufacturing systems and process interactions
Experience in cleanroom environments and experimental process development

Education:

  • Masters degree in Microtechnology, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
    OR
  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience

Language:

  • German (approx. B1 level or above)
  • English working proficiency
