This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping software quality standards, driving ASPICE maturity and influencing development processes across international engineering teams.

What You will Be Doing

Lead and further develop ASPICE processes across software development teams

Drive software quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle

Support engineering teams with ASPICE best practices, coaching and guidance

Prepare and support ASPICE assessments and audits

Improve traceability, process compliance and quality evidence

Partner closely with Software Engineering, R&D and Quality Management teams

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across the organisation

What We are Looking For

5+ years of experience working with ASPICE processes in automotive software development

Strong understanding of ASPICE implementation within development organisations

Experience conducting or supporting ASPICE assessments and audits

Automotive industry experience is essential

Strong communication skills and ability to influence engineering teams

Structured, analytical and quality-focused mindset

Experience working with OEMs or other major automotive manufacturers would be highly advantageous
