Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (100%)

An established organisation in Switzerland is looking for two Payroll Specialists to join its growing payroll team in Zurich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Swiss payroll who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees in Switzerland.
  • Ensure payroll is compliant with Swiss legislation, tax regulations and social insurance requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Support HR with payroll administration and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience processing Swiss payroll is essential.
  • Good knowledge of Swiss payroll legislation, social security and salary administration.
  • Fluent German is essential. Swiss German is highly advantageous.
  • Experience using Swiss payroll software is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage priorities independently and take ownership of your workload.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
