Your Responsibilties

• Own and evolve production planning & execution processes within SAP PP
• Translate manufacturing and operational needs into robust SAP solutions
• Support and integrate shopfloor / MES-related systems and labelling solutions
• Act as a key contact for production, quality, and engineering teams
• Configure SAP, support testing activities, and contribute to validated system changes
• Ensure day-to-day application stability (incidents, changes, improvements)
• Coordinate external SAP service providers
• Participate in international SAP initiatives and rollout projects

What you bring

• At least 5 years of practical experience with SAP PP (customizing included)
• Background in industrial manufacturing, ideally within a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, life sciences, etc.)
• Exposure to S/4HANA environments is a strong plus
• Experience around MES interfaces, production systems, or labelling tools
• Structured, calm, solution-oriented mindset
• Confident communicator across business & IT
• Fluent in English & a good command of German (to at least B2 level)
