What you will do

You will apply your automation expertise in diverse environments and play a central role in advancing the company's tooling and methods.

Your contributions will include:

  • Designing maintainable automation architectures for complex enterprise products
  • Implementing high-value automated test suites within customer teams
  • Enhancing and extending a proprietary Java + Selenium test framework
  • Embedding AI-driven intelligence into test analysis and resiliency
  • Migrating automation stacks to modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright)
  • Advocating for scalable quality practices in agile delivery teams
  • Researching and evaluating new tools, technologies, and automation trends

What you bring

We are looking for someone who is not just an automation developer but a quality engineer who understands how software is built and how to improve it.

To be successful, you will have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience
  • Excellent Java and Selenium skills, ideally including framework-level work
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tooling (Maven / Gradle)
  • Experience with modern automation tech such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium (a plus)
  • Understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript (ideal but not required)
  • Interest in AI applications in testing (experience welcomed but not required)
  • Ability to consult, communicate, and collaborate effectively
  • Proactive, analytical, and self-driven approach to work
  • Fluency in English and German is required
  • Based in Switzerland or ready to relocate
