Senior MEMS Process Integration Engineer

Zurich, Switzerland | Full-time | Some Home-office flexibility

Our partner, a leading innovator in sensor and semiconductor technology, is seeking a Senior MEMS Process Integration Engineer to take technical ownership of MEMS processing within a key product portfolio.
This is a high-impact technical role no people management ideal for someone who thrives on process integration, yield optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior MEMS Process Integration Engineer, you will:

  • Hold full technical responsibility for MEMS processing across part of the product range.
  • Continuously develop and optimise high-volume production processes.
  • Lead initiatives for yield improvement, cost efficiency, and throughput enhancement.
  • Act as a central interface between MEMS Operations, R&D, Manufacturing and other stakeholders.
  • Solve technically challenging problems in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with experts across business units, especially technology & R&D teams.

Your Skills & Experience

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in MEMS Process Engineering, including hands-on MEMS Process Integration.
  • Strong understanding of production & manufacturing topics, including MES, ERP and database systems.
  • Experience in production or high-volume semiconductor environments.
  • Background in process optimisation, yield improvement, troubleshooting and technology transfer.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Microsystems Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
  • High self-initiative, structured working style, strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent English and German at B2 or above are mandatory.
