As Senior Risk Manager, you will take ownership of risk management across development and production, ensuring robust safety standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

You will:

🔎 Plan, implement and maintain structured risk management processes
📑 Create, review and maintain risk analyses and documentation
Support development & product teams in defining effective risk mitigation measures
🔄 Ensure transparent risk communication internally and with external partners
🎓 Provide training and methodological guidance to cross-functional teams

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, quality, and product management — influencing decisions that matter.

🎯 What You Bring

🎓 Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
🧠 Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within regulated industries
🏥 Experience in medical technology is required — ideally within medical devices
📊 Strong analytical mindset combined with confident communication skills
🖥 Experience using risk management tools
🗣 German (B1/B2 minimum, willingness to actively use and improve is essential)
🌍 English fluent
